The big house has 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms (some with onyx bathtubs.). Each bedroom has an outdoor deck or access to the gardens. The guest house has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The guest house is a great staging area, with a huge 14 person dining table in a screened in porch, with its own jacuzzi and outdoor spaces.
There is parking for 100 cars, Olympic pool, jacuzzi, rabbits, Egrets, koi, 2 estate dogs, outdoor bar, three huge fountains and ponds, 2 caretakers, 2 housekeepers, pool guy, pond guy, gardener, great beds, antiques and artwork, grand piano - the house was designed to be used as a museum. The light is pretty amazing up here. The beach is a five minute walk down a private road. The quarter mile long driveway is gated. Sea Vista Drive off Pacific Coast Highway is private and can also be used for trucks, parking, tents - there are empty lots nearby and access to Escondido tennis courts.
