The Media Room boasts a 42” plasma TV, surround-sound system, DVD and CD and VCR, and while the music sound system throughout the house is controlled from here, each room has its own volume controls as well. There is wireless Internet access throughout the house and a full room-to-room intercom. The fountains in the desert-scape garden in front of the house compliment the fountains in the pool and bathe the house in the tranquil, relaxing sound of water. Museum-quality art is found throughout the property, with paintings by the California artist James Jensen and by Margaret Cianfrani, a nationally recognized oil portrait artist based in Philadelphia.
The property is fully alarmed and gate protected with gate intercom system. A three car garage also offers room for a golf cart -- and there is golf cart access directly from the garage to the private golf course on which this home sits.
