Descriptions of Palm Springs Luxury Villa I Bedrooms
Bedroom #1 is accessed from the main house and also opens directly to the pool. Guests have the option of keeping the room as a bedroom at all times or utilizing the disappearing king size bed option, creating a library and music room by day.
Bedroom #2 is decorated in a delightful light Asian motif. It opens directly to the pool, and has a small dressing room and separate bathroom with bathtub and shower. Beautiful views of the mountains.
Bedroom #3, called Out of Africa by many of the guests because of its African motif, opens directly to the terrace overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful mountain views, very private, and has bathroom with shower, which also opens to the outdoor terrace.
General Information
By special arrangement, Palm Springs Luxury Villa I has been made available to select, qualified groups. The home is privately owned and is not open to the general public. There is a 3 night minimum normally, with the exception of Christmas, New Year's, and Easter weeks, during which time there is a 7 night minimum. Student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted.
The Houseman
Our houseman is charming, well-trained, and eager to please. He provides daily housekeeping, concierge services, and oversees maintenance and security of the property. He can also do light laundry if desired. The houseman has a separate apartment on the property, and guest's privacy is always respected. If desired, he is available to provide pool service, and arrangements can be made for evening bartending services, which should be made in advance. Though he is a salaried employee of Palm Springs Luxury Villa I, gratuities are always appreciated if guests are pleased with the services provided.
Food and Liquor
Prior to or during guests stay, grocery delivery service is available from JENSEN's Market, one of the finer grocery stores in Palm Springs. Major credit cards are accepted by the grocery store.
Other Services
Spa services such as massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, reflexology, etc are available, but should be made in advance to ensure availability. On-call chefs are available as well, with advance notice.
