Villa New Smyrna I is a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home. It is ocean front with a river view from the back porches. The villa has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and gas range. It has a summer kitchen on the first floor near the pool and this part of the house can be separated from the rest of the house for completely separate guest quarters.
The first floor has a 2 car garage, game/TV area with fussball and an electric keyboard as well as an extensive video library, video games, full kitchen, laundry and king bedroom with bath. Bath has walk in shower and jetted tub.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, each with own bath and TV. In addition, the area has a coffee station/game area, full laundry and gallery area. The villa is located on the pristine non-driving part of the beach, and is 2 miles from the Canaveral National Seashore, with boating, fishing and crabbing. The arts community of New Smyrna is active and has a new community theater, multiple galleries, artists in residence at "Arts on Douglas" as well as multiple galleries and unique shops. The speedway at Daytona is a 20 minute drive; Disney is a little over an hour away and Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are about 45 minutes away. Multiple golf courses are nearby, and charters for fishing go out daily.
