Description of Villa Malibu:

The Villa is approximately 3,000 square feet, a gorgeous home with three bedrooms all facing the beach and a very large living room (w/fireplace) and dining room and kitchen. There is a very large private deck with bar-b-q and outdoor dining table for six and numerous lounge chairs Two of the bedrooms also have balconies overlooking the ocean. There are two and 1/2 baths as well as a jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a pantry with washer and dryer and additional frigerator/freezer and a separate two car garage. The Villa is equipped with a two man kayak as well as three bicycles. There are three (3) TV's including a giant screen tv in the living room (with satellite direct TV). The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new gas range and grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, dual ovens as well as separate warming ovens, microwave, blender, coffee maker and is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils. As far as additional services, we can arrange for a fee: daily maid service, a cook, a massage therapist, private car and driver, private yoga instruction and virtually anything else that you can think of. This Villa is located on the sand (beachfront) in the best area of Malibu. Walking distance to Malibu Village which offers plenty of dining and shopping choices.
