Villa Nantucket 3 accommodates up to nine people, including children, in all the comfort of a country home. Conveniently located in the exclusive Cliff Road area, Nantucket 3 is just 1/4 mile from Steps Beach, the Cliffside Beach Club and the center of town. An intimate residence with much attention to detail, Nantucket 3 is a smoke free and child friendly house.

The Nantucket rental home was once a horse and carriage barn, was built in the early 1800s and was actually rolled on tree logs to its present location and converted in 1898 by Reverend Buckey and his family and today maintains all its original detail, from ship lap planking on the walls to southern yellow pine floors. This home is definitely a classic original.

The first floor has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a single twin bed. Of the two first-floor bathrooms, one has a shower, the other a tub/shower combination. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bath. Each second-floor bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The second-floor bathroom also has a shower. The common areas on both floors are spacious. Each floor has its own kitchen, as well as dining and living area. The first floor also has a separate study/library. There is a large enclosed porch at the east end of the house with ample wicker chair seating. There is also a patio area with a Viking stainless steel gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill, chaise lounges and a table with a large market umbrella and chairs. Air conditioned bedrooms and upstairs living area. All other rooms have ceiling fans, window fans and standing fans.
